Regarding my art portion of my last project of my freshman year, I created a judge robe that is 1/2 white and 1/2 black. The white half of the robe symbolizes innocence and the black half of the robe symbolizes guilty. For each side of the robe, I created symbolic images from the cases/stories I have studied within the duration of this project after have concluded whether justice was served or not. I incorporated the thinking skill, reasoning, into my project by completing a write-up after finishing the robe to explain my reasoning behind the symbols I created.

For my English portion of my last project, I read Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird and annotated it in a log as I sectioned the chapters by day and finished the book in 5 days. After reading this novel, I chose three characters from this book that spoke to me and wrote a poem in their post-trial perspective. I incorporated reasoning into my English portion by also completing an annotation to each of the poems I composed.

For my American Studies portion of my last project, I analyze three cases/stories that have all had impacts that were a shock to society. I recorded notes upon notes to learn as much as I could about every case, giving me the ability to compose educated conclusions After compiling as much research as possible, I developed three mind maps, one pertaining to each case. I incorporated the thinking skill, perspective, into this portion of my project by taking what I've learned about each case and dictated whether I believe justice was served, or not. After stating my claim, I gave multiple pieces of evidence to support each aspect of my reasoning.
